- 5 to 7 years of experience in subcontracting with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Ability to manage and guide your team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Have all necessary tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and determination to complete projects to the highest standard.
- Ability to work independently and take charge of projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in subcontracting with a focus on residential renovation.
- Valid driver's license to ensure safe transportation to and from job sites.
