About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to promote a safe work environment within our region/business unit. This role ensures regulatory compliance and formulates strategies to prevent injuries, reduce costs, and lessen risk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing cost statements to identify high-impact areas with greatest claims cost, allocating loss prevention resources accordingly;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on injury and auto crash reduction strategies, monitoring expenses for efficient resource use;
  • Communicating new or changing regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance through audits;
  • Supporting business unit development of corrective actions for identified issues and validating execution;
  • Analyzing audit data and health and safety compliance reports to inform action plans and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent;
  • A flexible travel schedule;
  • Health and Safety experience;
  • Bilingual French/English - both written and verbal proficiency.

What We Offer
