  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that materials are readily available when needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
