Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team at Rockland Landscaping Supplies Ltd. As a key member of our winter maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating snow removal equipment to ensure safe and efficient snow clearance on our routes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal equipment, including snowplows and snowblowers, to clear snow from roads and parking lots.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often in cold and snowy conditions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective snow removal.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
