We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team at Inverness Fast Food Incorporated. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, including receiving, counting, and stocking merchandise.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, including picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
- Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving, labeling, and rotating stock.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical ability to lift heavy loads.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
