Job Summary

Cosmic Growers Inc is seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our farming operations, you will be responsible for cultivating and harvesting crops in our state-of-the-art greenhouse. Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and care for crops in our greenhouse, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvest crops at the right time, using techniques that minimize damage and maximize quality.
  • Assist with loading and unloading crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Perform general labour tasks, including cleaning and maintenance of the greenhouse and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically demanding work, with the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required.
