Master Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled Master Tradesperson to join our team at Brandt Developments division in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our crew, you will work on various commercial construction projects, renovations, and maintenance tasks throughout Canada.

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will be responsible for building maintenance and repairs, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties
• Coordinating with project managers and designers to ensure smooth project execution
• Supervising and guiding subcontractor personnel to meet Brandt's standards
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar trade
• Journeyperson Trades Certificate considered an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
