We are seeking a highly skilled AI Scientist to join our team at IBM. As an AI Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI solutions using our watsonx platform. Key Responsibilities- Develop POCs to validate and highlight the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and iterate on POCs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of AI solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and performance requirements
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI solutions, including foundation models and large language models
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Designing and delivering AI solutions using foundation models, large language models, and open-source technologies
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face
- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, as well as natural language processing and text analytics
- Experience collaborating closely with customers, understanding their needs, business objectives, and translating their requirements into effective AI solutions
- Comprehensive familiarity with IBM's offerings and products
- Bilingualism (English/French)
