Logistics Operations Manager

About Trademark Logistics Inc.
We are a reputable logistics company seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are in good working order, and provide technical advice to staff as needed.
- Training and Development: Train new employees on company policies and procedures, and provide guidance on best practices for their roles.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Establish and manage work schedules, coordinate tasks, and review work progress to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field is necessary.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work accurately under pressure, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Language: English language proficiency is mandatory.
- Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400 - $82,700, depending on experience.
