Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Acosta. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves.
- Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions.
- Set up and install promotional materials.
- Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy.
- Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
- Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our sales area.
- Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
- Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.
- Available to work from Monday to Friday.
- Availability to work morning and daytime hours.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Merchandising experience (desirable).
- Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
- Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
- Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
