Senior Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Enhance Ability. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in occupational therapy and a passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential.

• The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with clients, assessing their capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews, and formal assessments.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.

1. Analyzing clients' capabilities and expectations through observation, interviews, and formal assessments.
2. Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports.
3. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
4. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, promoting independence and confidence in daily activities.
5. Conducting regular reviews and updating treatment plans as necessary.

• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Extensive experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or medical facility setting.
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel, if required.
• Criminal record check.

• Mileage paid.
• Temporary Work Term: 37.5 hours per week.
• English as the primary language of communication.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a temporary position with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
