The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to projects focused on enhancing the financial security, career pathways, and well-being of our workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. They will be self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, and passionate about social impact, workforce innovation, and employee well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices in workforce support programs, financial well-being initiatives, and employee development models.
  • Analyze data and insights to assess the feasibility and impact of potential workforce initiatives.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, staff, and external partners to gather input, co-design solutions, and explore partnerships.
  • Support the design and implementation of pilot projects, including defining key success metrics.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
