We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing care in the Stittsville-area.
As a valued member of our team at RhynoCare, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
- Utilize sound nursing practices to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care in assigned home areas.
- Ensure timely and safe resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Manage medications and narcotics safely and responsibly.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including the Long Term Care Act and the Health Disciplines Act.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, a supportive work environment, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
