We are passionate about connecting our local partner farms and suppliers to our customers' kitchens while eliminating food waste and costly retail overhead.
Job Title: Fulfillment AssociateAs a Fulfillment Associate, you will be working with your team on an assembly line packing Goodfood boxes that will be delivered straight to our members. You will be responsible for keeping Goodfood's promise to always deliver the highest quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize the workspace and supplies, including lifting boxes and heavy charges;
- Assemble boxes and insert liners and ice packs;
- Fill the boxes with the right recipe bags and recipe cards according to the member's orders;
- Verify that box contents are adequate and the address label is correct;
- Sort recipe cards;
- Stack boxes on pallets for shipping;
- Pick and pack meat and recipe in the box according to the packing slip;
- Clean the warehouse/fridge when necessary.
- A High School diploma or equivalent;
- Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets;
- Ability to communicate, write and read in English;
- The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
- A willingness to work in a cold workplace.
