The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, as well as managing the store's inventory, pricing, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales staff
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and control inventory levels, including ordering and stock replenishment
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging customer experience
  • Process sales transactions and manage cash handling procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
