We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate placement of products on shelves, updating prices based on inventory and market conditions, and implementing planogram changes to optimize product placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves to meet customer needs.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales.
  • Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy to maintain a positive shopping experience.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and increase sales.
  • Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels and adjusting orders accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our sales area and implement changes to improve sales.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Create detailed reports and document in-store actions to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Available to work from Monday to Friday.
  • Availability to work morning and daytime hours.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience is desirable.
  • Physical Capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
