As a QHSE Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and implementation of QHSE practices
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in terms of health, safety, and the environment
- Conducting internal and external audits, as well as incident investigations
- Promoting a culture of QHSE excellence among employees and stakeholders
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results to management
- Maintaining and improving ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Overseeing building maintenance and managing associated budgets
- Serving as the main contact with external bodies (CNESST, certification bodies, etc.)
- Leading COMEX meetings (this position is part of the company's Executive Committee)
You will also be responsible for leading a team of 2 people and collaborating with international customers, suppliers, and partners.
