About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trailer Mechanic to join our team at 2XL Transport Ltd. as a key member of our maintenance crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Trailer Systems: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Equipment Repair: Repair or replace mechanical units or components, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance services, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications: Possess a Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification and a Truck-Trailer Repairer Red Seal Endorsement.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail and manual dexterity.
