Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Kellie's Film Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate reports to management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and train staff in duties and policies.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related setting.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment:

Work Schedule:
