Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries by ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Detail the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles to maintain a showroom-like appearance.
  • Perform various detailing services, including rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection, and fabric protection to extend the lifespan of vehicles.
  • Operate equipment such as buffers to polish vehicles as required, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the detailing equipment in good working condition to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Organize and prepare rental vehicles to meet customer expectations.
  • Treat every vehicle as if it were your own, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience as an automotive detailer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional experiences for customers.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering flawless results in all aspects of vehicle preparation.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record, with the ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Non-skid/safety shoes, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
