Job Title: Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at SAV Associates Chartered Professional Accountants. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for conducting security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our clients' systems and networks.
  • Develop and implement effective security controls and countermeasures to mitigate risks and improve overall security posture.
  • Assess and analyze security risks and provide actionable recommendations to clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to design and implement secure systems and networks.
  • Provide training and support to clients on security best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards, risks, threats, prevention measures, and best practices.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning and management processes and tools like Nessus, Qualys, and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISA, CIA, CISSP, or CISM certification.
  • ISO Lead Auditor certification.
  • Experience with security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments in a CPA-CA firm.
