We are seeking a Regional Business Development Director to lead our Eastern Region team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to achieve commercial finance, retail, lease, protection plan, and remarketing business objectives.
You will direct regional Business Development Managers in establishing and developing dealer relationships through consultation while monitoring their performance to achieve sales and profitability objectives. You will also be responsible for prospect development and acquisition of commercial finance business.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of professional experience in automotive financial services or automotive wholesale/retail sales, with 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree in business or management being preferred.
