E G ELECTRICAL LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial structures. Your duties will include designing and constructing single-phase services, splicing and connecting wires, testing and measuring voltage, and troubleshooting faults.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for electrical work, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and construct single-phase services for single or multimeter installations
  • Splice, join, and connect wires
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and integrity of circuits
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults
  • Install power generation, stand-by power generation, and power conditioning systems
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
