Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile statistics and reports to provide insights into payroll trends and employee data.
- Payroll Maintenance: Maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement process improvements.
- Communication: Prepare T4 statements and other statements, and communicate with employees and management regarding payroll-related matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in payroll administration.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
iip Recruiters Inc offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a large workload. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week in a team-oriented setting.
Language and Work TermThe language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
