About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our resort rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of resort rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
