About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and pet-loving individual to join our team as a Royal Canin Pet Ambassador. This is a part-time opportunity that will involve representing a significant pet brand in-store and at events, promoting pet health and nutrition, and building relationships with store associates and pet parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tidy and face client's products on shelves, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to find.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents, providing them with excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product information, including benefits and promotions, to help increase recommendations and sales.
  • Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations for their pets.
  • Set up demos/displays as required and maintain and leverage client's provided material to engage associates and pet parents.
Requirements
  • You must be a pet enthusiast who cares about pet health and nutrition.
  • You should have access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
  • Prior experience working with pets is preferred but not required.
  • You should be able to lift up to 40lbs and be at least 18 years old.
