Job Summary:
Metalcraft Technology Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Helper to join our team. As a Production Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting our production team with various activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our metal fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist production team with masking preparation for powder coating
- Perform orbital sanding, grinding, or buffing tasks
- Insert hardware into metal components
- Package shipments and prepare them for delivery
- Clean and maintain shop stations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Perform other general labor activities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in metal shop or other industrial/trades work is an asset
- Must be detail-oriented, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on work
- Must be a fast learner and able to follow instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 lbs and wear steel toe boots as safety equipment
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
