Job Title: Auto Body Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repairer to join our team at HARMAN AUTO COLLISION INC.

Job Summary:

The Auto Body Repairer will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to their original condition. This includes replacing front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components, as well as filing, grinding and sanding body surfaces to be repaired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors, and frames
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to match original factory finish
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields and sunroofs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in auto body repair
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Work Environment:

The Auto Body Repairer will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technicians. The work environment is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.
