We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at SNS Construction Inc. as a key member of our surface preparation and finishing team.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces are in good condition.
- Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and plan work schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills: MS Office, MS Windows, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a physically demanding environment.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
