Under the general supervision of the Director of Proposals & Estimating and/or Bid Managers, the estimator has the responsibility to prepare and deliver compliant and comprehensive construction cost estimates, methodologies, execution plans, project risks, assumptions, and clarifications for various scopes relating to nuclear / industrial construction projects.
The person in this position will be required to develop detailed compilations and summaries of direct construction hours, engage with multiple subcontractors, material suppliers, and rental companies, and present results logically and thoroughly to management for approval.
This role involves working effectively in a team environment, supporting other estimators and managers, and participating in bid development processes.
