Career Opportunity

We are seeking a senior litigation lawyer to join our established and growing litigation practice in Yellowknife. The ideal candidate will want to get on their feet in court, work independently on a wide variety of files, and have a broad litigation practice including commercial litigation, administrative law, employment, and child protection.

Our Office

Our Yellowknife office has the best of both worlds: a small collegial firm environment with the resources and client base of a large, well-respected western Canadian law firm. You will receive dedicated mentorship with senior lawyers and be supported to build connections with lawyers from the firm's other offices. Additionally, you will enjoy a large degree of responsibility and independence in your litigation practice.

Requirements

  • Two to six years of relevant litigation experience
  • Commitment to legal excellence
  • Dedication to providing practical, cost-effective solutions for our clients
  • Experience in and connection to the North considered an asset

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
