Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vocational Institute Teacher to join our team at Speed Up Education Inc. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students and contributing to the development of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor teaching assistants to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Develop and prepare engaging teaching materials, outlines, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
  • Administer and mark tests, papers, and evaluations to assess student performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on student progress and program effectiveness.
  • Conduct course and program evaluations to inform curriculum development and improvement.
  • Deliver lectures, presentations, and discussions to engage students and promote learning.
  • Lead seminars and workshops to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Teach students through a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other educational technology tools.
