Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarms and intrusions, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention, Regional Service Lead teams, and Network Operations to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide access control and automatic video display services, ensuring the secure movement of goods and personnel.
  • Support investigations into theft, fraud, and health and safety-related matters, utilizing video review and surveillance.
  • Manage and maintain employee access and ID card systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work with Control Tower Line Haul, Ground, and Air teams to resolve transportation-related issues and optimize logistics.
  • Participate in crisis response efforts, providing critical support during emergency situations.
  • Analyze operational and client-specific data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the security service industry.
  • Knowledge of multi-facility security principles, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret building diagrams and understand basic security principles and dispatching.
  • Knowledge of transportation security, GPS, and crisis response procedures.
