Reporting to the CRO, you will analyze campaign data from various advertising platforms, providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance. Your ability to transform complex data into compelling insights is crucial to our success.

This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the office with 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. Our Vancouver location is easily accessible, and our office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Create actionable strategies by delivering clear, understandable data visualizations.
  • Analyze and manipulate data using different tools to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and client reports by pulling campaign data from various sources.
  • Monitor analytics to assess campaign KPIs and identify trends.
  • Strategic Leadership (Non-Management Role):
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding the team in developing data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to shape strategy and influence business outcomes.
  • Advanced Client Management:
  • Lead analysis and reporting for complex client accounts, ensuring deliverables align with client objectives.
  • Mentorship and Training:
  • Mentor junior analysts, helping them develop data analysis, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Support team members when they encounter challenges in their work.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal means.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from other teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising/marketing.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Ad buying experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Adverity, Grow, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience with Looker Studio would be beneficial.
