Responsabilités

  • Superviser et donner des conseils et directives au personnel;
  • Être responsable de l'embauche et de la gestion de la performance du personnel;
  • Être responsable du succès financier et opérationnel du département;
  • Préparer les médicaments, les remettre aux patients et assurer leur contrôle avec exactitude et rapidité;
  • Veiller à ce que les niveaux de stock des médicaments et des compléments en vente libre soient suffisants pour répondre aux besoins des patients;
  • Conseiller les patients sur les nouveautés et les ajouts aux médicaments de façon amicale, positive et proactive;
  • Sensibiliser et informer les clients dans le cadre d'activités de relations publiques (Journées annuelles de santé publique, cliniques, etc.);
  • Trouver rapidement des solutions positives aux besoins des patients et aux demandes ou aux problèmes du médecin;
  • Obtenir et passer en revue les ventes inscrites au budget et la contribution nette;
  • Repérer et signaler les occasions de vente, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe;
  • Examiner et contrôler les coûts à tous les niveaux de la pharmacie de Loblaw (dispensaire).

Compétences requises

  • Titulaire d'un baccalauréat ès sciences (pharmacie) et d'une licence ou d'un permis d'exercice;
  • Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans un environnement de commerce de détail;
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et les relations interpersonnelles;
  • Solides compétences en gestion du personnel et aptitude à motiver et à encadrer les autres;
  • Compétences supérieures en relation avec la clientèle et grand professionnalisme;
  • Aptitude reconnue à faire croître l'entreprise en utilisant des stratégies de marketing axées sur la communauté;
  • Fortes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et expérience dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de plans d'action;
  • Solides compétences informatiques et connaissance du logiciel de pharmacie KROLL, un atout important.
