We are seeking an experienced Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team at Rainbow Studio. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory treats, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other desserts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Evaluate products to ensure they meet established standards
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a pastry or bakery environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education certificate preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of $42,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to $13,000 annually. The salary may vary based on the location.
