Job Description

We are seeking a skilled P&D Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our service area. This includes supervising, coordinating, and controlling Pick-Up and Delivery Operations, as well as managing warehouse and ramp operations.

Responsibilities

* Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity in all operations
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
* Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
* Four (4) years of experience in logistics or a related field
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 Lbs. with appropriate equipment
