About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Specialist. As a Client Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and fostering a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and building enduring relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
- Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships with customers, including active use of Concierge.
- Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business.
- Seek to understand customer needs and wants through intentional conversation and share current products and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe, inspire, and build trust.
- Actively participate in community/store activities and events that promote Talbots and professionally represent the brand.

Requirements:
- Driven and ambitious individual with a passion for creating and building relationships with customers and the community.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to proactively contact clientele and drive new traffic into the store.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
