About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Schneider Electric. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality programs and methods to ensure continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformative Leadership: Lead the transformation of our Victoria plant into a highly customer-oriented organization, delivering premium quality and service.
  • Quality Program Management: Develop and implement quality programs and methods to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead implementation of opportunities for process improvement, including Quality Fundamentals, PFMEA, and poka-yoke.
  • Quality Manufacturing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Network: Benchmark with other Schneider entities to align and deploy projects utilizing digital technology.
  • Quality Management System: Take the lead in Quality and Certification audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other relevant certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in resolving issues using 8D, CAR, and/or Six Sigma methodology.
  • Lean Manufacturing fundamentals certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge/experience with FMEA and Process Control Plans – and RPN reduction projects.
  • Project management skills, including managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working with people from the manufacturing floor, including operators, line leads, technicians, supervisors, and managers.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD 72,700 - CAD 80,000, based on performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
