The First Nations Health Authority is seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Primary Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of culturally safe, efficient, and quality Primary Care Services to Northern First Nations communities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Primary Care Manager and Primary Care Project Manager in the coordination and implementation of primary care services and initiatives.
- Provide operational and administrative support for the coordination and implementation of primary care services and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with health partners, including Divisions of Family Practice, Northern Health Authority, and First Nations Health Service Organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with First Nations communities and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Three (3) years or more related experience, including a previous Coordinator or Administrative role.
- Recent, relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project coordination.
