About the Role

Brand Momentum is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising plans, ensuring that our retail locations are visually appealing and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and provide feedback to store teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and reduce stockouts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchandising

Requirements

  • Previous merchandising experience in a retail environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
