Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, and ensuring that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support leadership with reporting and training, driving business results through data-driven insights and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and/or planogram execution.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work, including moving, bending, and standing.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
  • Independently travel locally within assigned territories.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage: $16.55 - $18.00 CAD.
  • A flexible schedule with early start times, Monday to Thursday.
  • No nights or weekends required.
