Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds in the ICU and general wards
- Contribute to the in-hospital GIM rapid access clinic and graduated care clinic
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care
