Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station, Saanichton Coffee Shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Establish work schedules and manage employee performance
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
