Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting functions, including accounts payable, billings, and accounts receivable. They will also be responsible for tax-related functions such as HST/GST/QST and ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Accounting Professional will communicate with internal and external clients and vendors, prepare statements of accounts, and assist with other accounting-related functions to ensure the smooth running of operations in Canada.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in the legal and/or professional services industry. They must be technically savvy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities are also required.
