We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team at CraDea Manor.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position involves providing personalized care and support to seniors with varying needs, including those with Alzheimer's disease, physical disabilities, and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
  • Provide transportation to appointments and outings
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Certificate of Conduct
  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a caregiving capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
