Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparer to join our team at Hubert Skinner. As a Food Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Portion and package food for serving
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customer orders and operate a cash register
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
  • Receive payments and handle customer transactions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
