Job Offer:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support to our organization in Montreal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance and representing the company in legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risk

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of legal principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English and French
