Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and education on best practices, and fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Business Analysis Strategy: Champion a client-focused culture, driving the continuous improvement and strategy of our business analysis chapter, and ensuring solutions align with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Initiative Management: Partner with the initiative intake process, refining and providing internal consulting to the business on new business case assessment, initiatives for impact and feasibility analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with the Regulatory Compliance Framework, including the Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Policy.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: Minimum 5 years of business or operational analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a management level position, and a post-secondary business/technology/systems or related area degree.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of banking business applications and keen interest in new and emerging technologies.
  • Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence at the Senior Management level, and self-managed professional with the ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives.
