Job Title: Production Worker
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team at Island Farmhouse Poultry. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our meat processing and packing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
- Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
- Remove filled containers from conveyors
- Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- Feed and unload processing machines
- Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Measure or weigh products
- Cut poultry into parts
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Environment: Our meat processing and packing plant is a cold/refrigerated environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
